Recommended Use
- Mix ±1 scoop (5,5 g) with 150 – 200 ml water, protein powder or mass gainer.
- Take 1 – 2 servings daily, 30 minutes before or immediately after exercise, or on non-training days, after waking up.
- Servings may be doubled, if required.
- Can be used for creatine loading.
- Note that the beneficial effects of creatine will only be obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g creatine.
