Green Jelly Bean and Mystery flavour are Halaal certified.
Ingredients
L-glutamine: prevents soreness in muscles and aids with recovery.
Electrolytes and coconut water powder: hydrates muscles and prevents cramps.
Recommended Use
- Mix 1 scoop (11 g) with 300–400 ml of water in a handheld shaker.
- Leave to stand for 30 seconds before drinking.
- Sip before and during a training session.
You can have another serving after a strenuous training session. Only take double servings (2 scoops with 600–800 ml water) once you’ve established tolerance.
