Ingredients
Original: the tried and tested high-energy, extreme-performance formulation to help you break through plateaus and train harder for longer.
Gaming: a focus nootropic pre-workout suitable for gaming or other mentally straining activities. Gaming Qhush contains L-theanine, a cognitive enhancer to improve reaction time, boost mood & provide calm energy.
Super heat: the ideal thermogenic pre-workout to raise body temperature, expend more energy and burn more body fat. It contains BioPerine® and Nicotinic acid to boost thermogenesis.
Recommended Use
- For standard workouts: mix 1 scoop (5.3 g) with 150–200 ml water and stir or shake well.
- For an extreme workout: mix 2 scoops (10.5 g) with 250–300 ml water and stir or shake well.
- Take 30–45 minutes prior to training.
