Recommended Use
- Mix 1 scoop (6 g) into 125 ml of cold water in your water bottle or shaker and shake well for 30 seconds.
- Start drinking 1 serving 40 minutes before your workout.
- Have another scoop immediately after your workout.
If you’ve had a strenuous training session, take another serving immediately after training.
